Vasculitis Fellowships
About Us
Each fellowship is typically a one-year clinical research fellowship with a preference for early career applicants. The expectation is to contribute to the care advancement of patients with vasculitis while working along with an interdisciplinary team. Participation in research focusing on vasculitis is a key element of the fellowship. Our center provides ample opportunity to visit research labs and attend vasculitis clinics in both the adult and pediatric hospitals including a combined rheumatology/nephrology clinic. The fellowship program can be individualized according to the interest and needs of the candidate.

Dawson Jarock Vasculitis Fellowship
The fellowship is a competitive one-year position made possible by the generous support of the Dawson Jarock Research Award in Pediatric Nephrology & Rheumatology through the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation and the Jarock/Muhlenfeld family who are also the sponsors of the Calgary Vasculitis Symposium.

Aisha Rea Vasculitis Fellowship
The fellowship is a competitive one-year position made possible by the generous support of the Rea Family through the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation and the Alberta Children's Hospital Research Institute. This fellowship specifically focuses on Takayasu Arteritis research.
